CAHS is a CenterEdge member.  My own background is as a land use attorney (Robinson & Cole, Hartford), CT Housing Coalition Staff, and with the City of New Haven (Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Assistant to Mayor DeStefano), so I am very familiar with the issues raised by CenterEdge and the report.
