am an economist teaching in an MBA program in downtown Hartford, at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute. I have:
o
two articles in past issues of The
Connecticut Economy quarterly, concerning income distribution and property
taxes,
o
testified several times at the
state legislature on income distribution, and in favor of a larger Earned Income
Tax Credit (EITC),
o
worked as chief economic researcher
for the Curry gubernatorial campaign,
o
testified as an expert witness at
several labor arbitration cases concerning state and municipal employees,
o
served on the review panel for CT
Metro Patterns.
