Briefly describe your professional and/or volunteer experience as it relates to your involvement with CenterEdge.          9 ½ years on Bridgeport City Council, now serving as State Senator for the 22^nd district.  Strong advocate in Senate for tax reform; shifting from property tax to income tax.     My city went through an unsuccessful bankruptcy appeal just before I was elected.

        I also work professionally in  the field of economic development.  I serve as President of the Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation.  BEDCO assembles land, cleans it and makes it ready for economic development.
